Life Is Like A Spiderweb
A Conversation With Bud Napoleon

Respect:
“One of the main things the young people should do is start spending more time with the elders. For they can learn a lot about life, a lot about the animals, a lot about the ecosystem. If they can take their time and learn from the elders, and respect them, and respect should be a word that’s done in action, not just your ears.”
What Does Reconciliation Mean?
“The reality is, what does it really mean to the First Nations. Reconciliation has been used far too much, in too many different ways, by the government, and yet nothing is coming out of it. How can you reconcile if you can not resolve, if you’re not willing to resolve.”
